Why this role matters:
The Course Development Manager is a key member of the AGSM Educational Development team UNSW Business School working in close collaboration with academic leaders program directors and subject-matter experts to ensure the delivery of world-class MBA courses.
Reporting to the Senior Manager Educational Development the role oversees the quality relevance and innovation of MBA courses while managing the development of new offerings. With a strong focus on adult learning and contemporary pedagogy the Course Development Manager provides expert advice on curriculum design assessment and learning strategies ensuring compliance with UNSW policies and external standards. The position also contributes to strategic initiatives and projects that enhance the student learning experience.
