The Opportunity

As a Product Solutions Engineer you will be hands-on in delivering integrations using Podiums integration tech stack where youll apply knowledge of APIs (authentication webhooks) data mapping error handling and workflow logic via an iPaaS to connect Podium with the platforms and workflows most important to the AU market.

Your primary responsibility is technical delivery designing building and documenting integrations that address customer and market needs. Youll collaborate with local stakeholders external partners and global teams to ensure integrations and localisation projects are effective and repeatable.

Over time this role offers the opportunity to expand into product-facing responsibilitiessupporting localisation projects contributing to technical reviews and helping translate AU requirements into specifications for Product and Engineering.

This makes it an excellent fit for someone who is technically fluent product-curious and skilled at stakeholder management.

What Youll Do

Build and maintain integrations using Podiums integration tech stack ( Postman and bespoke internal tools).
Document solution patterns and workflows to improve repeatability and scale.
Collaborate with third-party developers and technical partners to deliver reliable solutions.
Partner with stakeholder teams to ensure solutions meet local market requirements.
Monitor and optimise the performance and reliability of delivered integrations.
Contribute to product localisation projectstranslating technical requirements into clear specifications and supporting technical reviews with stakeholders.
Support enablement by documenting solutions and providing materials for GTM stakeholders.

What Youll Bring

Strong experience working with APIs (REST GraphQL webhooks event-driven patterns).
Background in building or maintaining SaaS platform solutions (integrations workflows or technical delivery).
Familiarity with Tray (iPaaS) or similar low/no-code tools.
Curiosity and eagerness to develop coding capability.
Proficiency using AI productivity tools (e.g. Cursor LLMs) to enhance development efficiency.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence priorities and align delivery with strategic goals.
Demonstrated agility and autonomy in fast-paced environments consistently going above and beyond to deliver maximum impact.

Nice-to-Have Skills

Familiarity with AI and agentic integration technologies (e.g. LangChain LLM orchestration frameworks).
Experience applying AI to automation workflows or integrations.
Ability to read and interpret code with some exposure to modern programming languages and frameworks (e.g. Elixir JavaScript Python).
Experience collaborating with distributed/global product or engineering teams.
Exposure to data concepts (SQL dbt Snowflake).
