The Role
Were looking for a Revenue Operations Manager to join our Boston office full-time. Youll own the systems processes and reporting that power revenue growth working across Sales Marketing Customer Success and Finance to drive efficiency and visibility.
What Youll Do
Build and maintain dashboards reports and forecasts
Define and track KPIs across the revenue funnel (pipeline health onboarding velocity retention)
Manage and optimize CRM and revenue tools (Hubspot preferred)
Partner with leadership on quota models territory planning and comp structures
Ensure pipeline hygiene lead routing and data quality
Lead process improvements and change management initiatives
Create documentation and best practices to support scale
What Were Looking For
35 years in Revenue Ops Sales Ops or similar (SaaS/tech experience preferred)
Strong CRM and analytics skills
Experience building forecasts dashboards and process workflows
Data-driven problem solver with excellent communication skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced high-growth startup environment
Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
