The Role

Were looking for a Revenue Operations Manager to join our Boston office full-time. Youll own the systems processes and reporting that power revenue growth working across Sales Marketing Customer Success and Finance to drive efficiency and visibility.

What Youll Do

  • Build and maintain dashboards reports and forecasts

  • Define and track KPIs across the revenue funnel (pipeline health onboarding velocity retention)

  • Manage and optimize CRM and revenue tools (Hubspot preferred)

  • Partner with leadership on quota models territory planning and comp structures

  • Ensure pipeline hygiene lead routing and data quality

  • Lead process improvements and change management initiatives

  • Create documentation and best practices to support scale

What Were Looking For

  • 35 years in Revenue Ops Sales Ops or similar (SaaS/tech experience preferred)

  • Strong CRM and analytics skills

  • Experience building forecasts dashboards and process workflows

  • Data-driven problem solver with excellent communication skills

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced high-growth startup environment

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
