Job Summary
As an On-Call Buffet Server youre an essential part of our dining team providing seamless and professional service. Youre the energy behind every great meal circulating through the dining area serving beverages pre-bussing tables and responding to every guests need with a smile. This role requires a proactive friendly demeanor and a commitment to upholding our high standards of service and cleanliness.
To keep your rockstar status on our payroll you must be available to work and accept at least one shift per month.
Availability Needed:
- Friday and Saturday 3 pm - 11 pm
- Sunday 12 pm - 8 pm
Responsibilities
- Serving all beverages ordered by guests in a proper efficient and friendly manner.
- Providing exceptional customer service and addressing guest requests promptly.
- Upholding cleanliness standards for your station and shared areas.
- Performing pre-bussing to efficiently remove dirty dishes from tables.
- Promoting The Big Six ensuring a fun friendly quick comfortable clean and safe environment for all guests.
Qualifications
Youre a natural-born server with at least one year of experience in the industry. Beyond that youve got the drive to learn and grow with us.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) or an equivalent.
- Ability to obtain a food handlers card.
- Ability to pass all alcohol awareness training.
- Ability to obtain a state-issued alcoholic beverage license.
Work Environment:
- Requires working varied shifts including weekends and holidays.
- The role requires standing for long periods frequent bending and kneeling and the ability to lift objects up to 50 lbs.
