Tool Integration Analyst

Company:

Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is seeking an Experienced Tool Integration Analyst (Level 3) to join the Tool Operations team located in Everett Washington.

Position Responsibilities:

• Provides visibility to management and customers

• Resolves schedule product deviations and manufacturing requirements at the program level analyze impacts and monitors workarounds

• Provides status and visibility on comprehensive multi-tiered plans for significant organization enterprise and business unit projects

• Coordinates the operational aspects of ongoing projects and serves as liaison between project and team finance planning scheduling and management

• Resolves discrepancies

• Coordinates work off-loading and confers with ETOM to ensure timely delivery

• Analyzes and coordinates resolution of errors in tooling business and product configuration systems

• Ensures compliance to established company policies practices and procedures

• Works under general direction

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

• 3 years of working with Manufacturing Operations and/ or Tooling processes

• 3 years of experience working with and partnering with cross-functional teams on projects and initiatives

• 3 years of experience using all the following Microsoft Office Applications (Word Excel and PowerPoint)

• Excellent communication skills the ability to adapt to changing environments and work statements

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

• 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment with a solid understanding of the products processes materials and systems

• Proficient working within the Tooling Value Stream

• Experience with ETVS ETIP MESci AR Log CTMA SAT CMES CTDM and Redars systems

• Continuous improvement experience
