Serra Ford Farmington Hills is seeking a dedicated and proactive Service Lot Porter to join our team. Duties
- Greet and assist guests upon arrival providing excellent customer service.
- Maintain the cleanliness of the parking area showroom and other public spaces.
- Drive vehicles safely including manual transmission cars when necessary.
- Assist with valet parking services as needed.
- Support dealership operations by performing various tasks as assigned.
- Communicate effectively with team members and management to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in both verbal and written forms.
- Experience in a dealership environment is preferred but not required.
- Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply to enhance guest interactions.
- Valid drivers license with a clean driving record is required.
- Ability to operate both automatic and manual transmission vehicles.
- A positive attitude strong work ethic and willingness to learn are essential for success in this role.
