Seeking a Call Center Representative to work onsite at automotive engineering campus in Warren MI for a facility maintenance company. Looking for someone that can start as soon as Monday (9/15/25).
- 7am -3:30 pm
- Customer Service/Call Center experience requried
- Hourly rate $28/hour
Job Responsibilities - Demonstrates active personal daily involvement visibility open-mindedness and professionalism to Support Services staff internal and external customers and suppliers.
- Maintains required departmental records reports and files in accordance with established policies and procedures while obtaining processes and distributing reports in a timely manner.
- Call and process electronic or telephone orders/requests.
- Phones/Customer Service
- Check Market Center general email box
- Prepare ship route for processing (printing posting)
- Service call back
- Service Dispatch
- Place work order for service calls
Qualifications - 3-5 years of work experience preferred.
- High School Diploma required. Associates Degree preferred.
- MS Office Experience with proficiency in Excel required.
- Strong communication skills.
- Excellent customer service and administrative skills required.
- Ability to develop and maintain a positive working relationship with others.
- Detail oriented ability to multi-task with strong organizational skills are required
