Your Role
As our Operations Intern youll participate in high-impact projects while supporting daily operations. Youll build cross-functional bridges drive process improvements and help scale our operations with tangible results. You will be working directly with supply chain and last mile delivery functions to ensure things continue to run smoothly.

What Youll Do

• Own and drive projects end-to-end- from planning through execution particularly around scaling operations and expanding capabilities.
• Collaborate across teams (e.g. Marketing Product Customer Ops) to support joint initiatives and optimize inter-departmental processes.
• Assist with daily operational tasks: inventory tracking warehouse coordination performance monitoring and issue resolution.
• Analyze processes identify bottlenecks suggest and help implement improvements.
• Support reporting and metrics tracking aiding data-driven decisions across Ops.
• Take initiative: if you spot a gapbe it a process template or playbookyou own it and fix it.

What Were Looking For

• Enrolled in (or recently graduated from) a Bachelors or Masters program in Business Operations Supply Chain Logistics or a related field.
• A hands-on entrepreneurial mindset: proactive resourceful comfortable wearing many hats.
• Strong analytical and organizational skillsyou can juggle multiple tasks without dropping the ball.
• Comfortable working with tools like Excel (or Sheets); bonus points for SQL Python BI tools.
• Excellent communicationable to collaborate across levels and functions.
• Fluency in English (German is a plus).
• High selfmotivation and accountability: youll own your work with minimal supervision.
• Driver license would be a plus
