Job Summary
Job Summary (List Format):
- Onsite role; candidate must be local to Florida.
- Previous experience with state client(s) highly preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in systems development automation testing or related business domains.
- Intermediate professional role; manages projects of moderate to high complexity.
- Participates as a team member across multiple programs/systems.
- Acts as subject matter expert for at least one program/system.
- May provide coaching or mentorship to junior technical staff.
Key Requirements:
- 5-7 years of backend database testing and automation testing experience.
- Strong SQL skills.
- Solid understanding of web services and web applications.
- Experience in web and mobile automation testing.
- At least 2 years testing web services.
- At least 1 year with Playwright or similar tools.
- Proficiency with QA automation tools such as SmartBear (ReadyAPI LoadUI TestComplete BitBar) and Selenium WebDriver.
- Good knowledge of Groovy/Java scripting and object-oriented programming.
- Comfortable creating/executing automated test scripts via Jenkins or directly through testing tools.
- Ability to read and write automation test scripts.
- Understanding of Maven or Gradle; experience managing Jenkins jobs.
- Experience with PowerBI and Azure testing preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Update and maintain automation test frameworks.
- Collaborate with developers to resolve product issues.
- Execute test plans based on project priorities.
- Create test strategy documents and test cases.
- Analyze and verify data; solve problems as they arise.
- Balance multiple tasks effectively.
- Demonstrate high attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
