Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Travel RN Call Center / Telephone Triage Nurse to join our team in Canton Georgia. This role is focused on cardiac telephone triage with no direct patient care. The RN will handle incoming symptomatic patient calls provide triage over the phone and follow approved clinical protocols.

This is a great opportunity for an RN with strong cardiac nursing or telephone triage experience who is looking for a consistent schedule and a supportive environment.

Responsibilities

Manage symptomatic patient calls and triage using standardized protocols
Deliver safe and accurate telephone-based nursing care
Document patient information clearly and accurately
Collaborate with providers and healthcare team as needed
Maintain compliance with clinical and hospital guidelines

Requirements

Active Registered Nurse (RN) License
Minimum 2 years of RN experience (Cardiac or Triage strongly preferred)
BLS Certification required
Strong communication and clinical decision-making skills
Must be able to work onsite in Canton GA

Contract & Pay Details

Schedule: 8-hour day shifts Monday Friday
Overtime: Daily OT after 24 hrs; Weekly OT after 40 hrs
On Call: Not required
Local Rule: No candidates within a 50-mile radius

Holiday Coverage

Must be available to work 2 of 3 major holidays (Thanksgiving Day Christmas Day New Year s Day)
Must be available for 1 minor holiday (Day after Thanksgiving Christmas Eve or New Year s Eve)
