Key Responsibilities:
Manage the EPR program including the timeline resources Risk/Assumption/Issue/Decision (RAID) items communications plan stakeholder management plan and change management plan
Manage/oversee multiple EPR projects providing guidance coaching and support
Define and maintain the EPR Program Roadmap strategic plan and program governance structure
Develop manage and monitor EPR Product Owner team Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) and other key metrics
Support team development and cohesiveness
Create tailored presentations on various EPR topics for different audience levels (including executive-level presentations)
Keep stakeholders engaged and informed facilitate feedback sessions with stakeholders
Lead problem solves when appropriate to ideate on solutions for customer pain points
Facilitate and coordinate content for EPR Quarterly Stakeholder meetings
Own and maintain relevant SharePoint content and Confluence pages
