WHAT YOU WILL DO

You will support business operations by analyzing plans and preparing procedures that help achieve specific objectives. Youll advise teams on initiative prioritization integration and resource application. Youll maintain ongoing communication with stakeholders and ensure tools and processes are up to date. Your work will focus on facilitating materials-related tasks following up on business requests and updating process documents and tools.

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON

Operational and technical support for business initiatives
Process and project management within consumer product industries (e.g. footwear apparel)
Materials work and business request follow-ups
Updating and maintaining Smartsheet Airtable Excel tools and process documentation
Operational analysis including effectiveness and capacity utilization
Business scorecard tracking and reporting

WHAT YOU WILL BRING

4 years of experience in product creation/development or process/operational roles
Experience with Excel and/or Smartsheet/Airtable
Understanding of Smartsheet bots and product creation/materials is a plus
Strong ability to take direction and work independently
Sharp proactive mindset with a go-getter attitude
Ability to take an idea and build a clear process flow
Experience in consumer product industries (footwear apparel etc.) is ideal
Bachelors degree preferred but not required
