Job Summary
Job Purpose:
To operate and oversee drilling rig activities safely and efficiently ensuring drilling targets are met while guiding and supporting the rig crew.
Main Duties:

Operate drilling rig and related equipment.

Supervise and train rig crew members.
-
Ensure all work follows safety and company standards.
-
Carry out routine checks and basic maintenance on rig equipment.

Keep records of drilling activities and daily reports.

Work with site supervisors to achieve drilling goals.
-
Respond quickly to any equipment or safety issues.
Requirements:
-
Technical diploma/certificate in drilling or related field (preferred).
-
5 years of drilling experience with at least 2–3 years in a senior role.
-
Good knowledge of rig operations mud pumps and compressors.
-
Strong leadership and teamwork skills.
-
Physically fit to work in field conditions.
