Job Summary
Duties & Responsibilities
Market & Competitor Research
- Conduct targeted research on current and potential clients to understand their needs preferences and behaviors.
- Monitor competitor activities pricing strategies and market positioning to identify opportunities and threats.
- Monitor customer feedback from call centre and CRM systems to integrate feedback and trends into customer databases.
Data Collection & Analysis
- Collect and organize data from external and internal sources.
- Use Excel Google Sheets or similar tools to clean organize and analyze data.
- Create visual summaries and dashboards to present findings clearly to stakeholders.
- Maintain a structured repository of research sources and outputs for future reference.
Sales & Marketing Team Support
- Collaborate with team members to align research efforts with campaign goals and sales strategies.
- Assist in preparing presentations reports and client-facing materials using research insights.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute ideas based on market intelligence.
Learning & Innovation
- Stay updated on market research methodologies and digital tools like ChatGPT or MS Copilot.
- Proactively suggest improvements to research processes and data usage.
- Demonstrate curiosity and initiative in exploring new ways to gather and interpret data.
