Job Summary
SmartWorks a division of Harris Utilities has been serving the utility industry in North America and the Caribbean for 40 years. Were on a mission to unlock the value of the Smart Grid for utilities and their customers.
Were looking for an experienced Support Analyst to join our remote team. If you have strong client service troubleshooting and analytical skills this role offers the chance to make an impact while working with cutting-edge Smart Grid solutions.
What youll do:
Resolve customer support tickets and ensure timely updates.
Troubleshoot technical issues (SQL Linux networking VPNs).
Collaborate with utility clients to deliver the best outcomes.
Provide after-hours/holiday support when required.
What were looking for:
4 years experience in SQL production environments and client support.
Linux OS support and network administration knowledge.
Familiarity with relational databases (Oracle/PostgreSQL).
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Nice to have:
Cloud systems Java/JSP/jQuery knowledge or Salesforce admin experience.
Utility industry or Smart Grid exposure.
ITIL/ITSM background.
