Key Responsibilities for this Architectural Technologist role:

Produce detailed design drawings specifications and construction documentation
Coordinate with consultants contractors and suppliers to ensure quality and timely delivery
Ensure compliance with UK building regulations and technical standards
Manage and contribute to BIM models for accurate project coordination and delivery
Stay up to date with advancements in construction technologies and sustainable practices

Requirements or this Architectural Technologist role:

Degree or diploma in Architectural Technology (or related field)
Proficiency in Revit AutoCAD and BIM workflows
Strong understanding of UK building regulations and technical standards
Excellent communication teamwork and organisational skills
A passion for precision and delivering high-quality work
