Corporate Associate Attorney - Full-time

Required Qualifications:

3-8 years of experience as a licensed attorney.
Hands-on experience as a corporate transactional attorney in mergers and acquisitions.
Experience with a wide range of corporate transactions with an emphasis on mergers acquisitions and business structuring.
Ability to handle heavy deal volume and collaborate within the corporate team.
Strong legal writing skills analytical ability and adept at building relationships.
Must be licensed to practice law in Minnesota.

Job Description

Manage a range of corporate transactions including mergers and acquisitions corporate restructuring and succession planning.
