Clinical Track Faculty-Nursing
The St. Ambrose University Department of Nursing in Davenport Iowa invites applications for a full-time 11-month clinical track faculty position. We are seeking a qualified and dedicated nursing professional to join a collaborative and mission-driven department with a strong reputation for academic excellence and student-centered learning. Faculty in this role play a vital part in preparing the next generation of nurses by teaching in classroom laboratory and clinical settings helping students develop both theoretical knowledge and practical skills. Instruction is delivered through a combination of face-to-face and online modalities.
Candidates must hold a masters degree in nursing and be eligible for licensure as a registered nurse in the state of Iowa; additional state licensure may be required. A minimum of five years of professional nursing experience is required with preference given to those with a background in behavioral health nursing. Faculty rank will be determined based on the candidates academic credentials and professional experience. Evidence of effective teaching and scholarly engagement will strengthen the application.
