Job Summary

Position Overview: Lead and manage the creative direction and execution of visual projects within the organization ensuring alignment with brand and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Creative Leadership: Develop and implement the creative vision inspiring the design team.
Project Management: Oversee multiple projects ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables.
Design Execution: Ensure all visual content meets brand guidelines.
Collaboration: Work with stakeholders to meet project goals.
Innovation: Stay updated on industry trends and implement new design techniques.

Quick learning of new industry trends and adaptability.
Must have knowledge of principles and practices of graphic design.
Social & Digital Media creative understanding
Excellent communication; both written and verbal.
Advertising background & creative thinker

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Graphic Design Fine Arts or related field.
Proven experience in a senior creative role.
Strong portfolio and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite Adobe Illustrator Photoshop.. (Additional software skills - Final Cut Pro & Premiere Pro are a bonus)
Excellent leadership project management and communication skills.
Strategic and creative thinking.

Additional Skills:

Experience with motion graphics video production
Knowledge of 3D design and animation.
