The Department of Community Health Sciences (CHS) is the leading unit of its type in Pakistan recognized regionally and internationally for the relevance quality and extent of its work in support of public health and the development of primary health care systems. It comprises of five major operational sections: Epidemiology & biostatistics Health policy & management Population & reproductive health Environmental health & climate change and non-communicable diseases & mental health.
This is a grant-funded contractual position.
Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for:
- maintain calendar regularly and schedule meetings prepare agendas and draft minutes for the PI
- arrange meeting logistics such as venue food stationary and other required items
- assist the PI in formatting reports documents and presentations etc
- assist in getting permission from different organizations department as per PI ongoing work requirement
- draft and manage letters emails and official correspondence
- coordinate with the departmental central team on all administrative matters related to PI
- visit field sites for administrative matters and liaise with departments to organize local and international meetings seminars and conferences
- provide support to the GA in managing periodic online requests and follow-ups with Finance HR PSCMD and other support departments on need basis
- assist with any other assignment as and when required.
