Job Summary

Planate Management Group (PMG) is a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) headquartered in Alexandria Virginia and Orlando Florida USA with technical support centers in South East Asia and East Africa that provide program management and facilities engineering services worldwide. Planate is a small business provider of planning design infrastructure management technical consulting engineering and construction management services in support of the US Department of Defense (DOD) and its Service (Army Air Force Navy Marine Corps) missions along with other US federal agencies all over the world.

The role involves coordinating all logistical aspects of training events such as scheduling instructors preparing materials and securing venues for both in-person and virtual sessions. A key focus is to ensure all training aligns with our clients standards and supports long-term program sustainability.

This is a nationwide project and we need someone who is willing to travel and take on assignments at various project sites across the country.

This position is contingent upon the award of the contract

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and Implement Training Programs: Develop and execute training programs for PMSP and PCSP stakeholders.

  • Develop Training Materials: Create essential training documents including TIPs (Training Implementation Plans) TEPs (Training Event Plans) and TCDs (Training Curriculum Documents).

  • Coordinate Logistics: Manage all aspects of training events such as logistics instructors materials and venues for both in-person and virtual sessions.

  • Ensure Compliance: Guarantee that all training aligns with clients standards and guidelines to support long-term sustainability.

  • Oversee Program Evaluation: Supervise the evaluation and documentation of training and manage the transition of training capabilities to our clients partners.

Qualifications to be successful in the role:

  • Bachelors degree in education Training Management Human Resources or a related field (Masters degree preferred)

  • 8 plus years of experience in creating and conducting technical training programs for international and defense-related projects

  • Knowledgeable in T3 cascade training models and the principles of adult learning

  • Demonstrated ability to design implement and evaluate training programs grounded in the CSP Domains Competencies and Proficiencies (DCP) framework ensuring strategic alignment with public service standards and professional growth objectives

  • Proven strength in collaborating with government agencies and international partner nation stakeholders facilitating seamless coordination clear communication and mutual understanding to support shared capacity-building goals.
