Key Responsibilities:
- Handle admission inquiries through calls emails walk-ins and school visits.
- Provide detailed information about the schools curriculum facilities admission process and policies to prospective parents and students.
- Guide parents and students through the complete admission journey from inquiry to enrollment.
- Maintain and update admission records databases and reports accurately.
- Organize and conduct school tours orientation sessions and admission-related events.
- Collaborate with the academic and administration team to ensure smooth onboarding of new students.
- Support the schools marketing and outreach initiatives for admissions (seminars workshops open houses etc.).
- Build and maintain positive relationships with parents to ensure trust and satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree (preferably in Education Marketing Business Administration or related field).
- Prior experience in admissions counseling customer service or front-office roles (preferably in the education sector).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and record-keeping abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer applications.
- Positive attitude patience and ability to handle parent/student queries with empathy.
