About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior IT Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate shall have a strong background in Cisco Networking Devices Firewall WiFi Management Video Conferencing Solutions Compliance Handling MDM and other security tools.

Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain Linux-based systems ensuring high levels of performance availability and security.
Configure and manage Cisco switches and WiFi infrastructure to ensure optimal network performance and reliability.
Oversee video conferencing solutions including setup configuration and troubleshooting.
Handle compliance requirements including audits and ensuring adherence to relevant standards and regulations.
Deploy and manage security tools such as MDM AI-based XDR SIEM and DLP solutions to protect the organizations IT assets.
Implement and manage Single Sign-On (SSO) technologies to streamline authentication processes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement IT solutions that meet business requirements.
Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior IT staff members.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure the organizations IT infrastructure remains secure and efficient.
Macbook management and troubleshooting.
Required Skills:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field.
Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) or higher certification is required.
Proven experience in managing Cisco switches and WiFi infrastructure.
Strong knowledge of video conferencing solutions (Zoom Microsoft Teams).
Experience in handling compliance requirements and audits.
Hands-on experience in deploying and managing security tools.
Familiarity with Single Sign-On (SSO) technologies (Okta Azure AD).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
Good-to-Haves:
Linux certification (e.g. Red Hat Certified Engineer LPIC) is required.
Certification in Windows Server Hybrid Administrator Associate or higher ispreferred.
