We are on the hunt for a spectacular Sales Negotiator for our clients dynamic independent estate agency in Streatham. The perfect candidate will have some Estate Agency experience be engaging and energetic and live locally.

This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive and ambitious individual to join a busy market-leading independent estate agency in Streatham. The successful candidate will be experienced in residential property sales target-driven and able to spot and secure opportunities while building strong relationships with clients.

What Youll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

Registering and managing applicants
Conducting property viewings
Negotiating sales and securing offers
Generating new business opportunities
Building and maintaining client relationships
Supporting the sales team in hitting and exceeding branch targets
Providing first-class customer service at all stages of the sales process

What Were Looking For (Skills & Experience):

Previous residential estate agency experience essential
Proven track record in property sales and negotiation
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Confident telephone manner and positive attitude
Well-presented ambitious and highly self-motivated
Knowledge of the South West London property market (advantageous)
Full UK driving licence and own car essential
Professional driven and target-oriented approach
