We are currently seeking a Technical Lead to join our team at Lehman Website Design and Marketing. This is a remote position allowing you to work from the comfort of your own space while contributing to exciting projects for our diverse range of clients.
Job Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of developers to ensure successful project delivery
- Collaborate with clients to understand project requirements and provide technical expertise
- Architect design and implement technical solutions for website design and marketing projects
- Ensure code quality performance and security best practices are followed
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and trends in the industry
Essential Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or related field
- Proven experience as a technical lead or similar role
- Strong knowledge of web technologies such as HTML CSS JavaScript and CMS platforms
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work well in a remote team environment
Desired Experience
- 2 years of experience in a technical lead position
- Experience working in an advertising or marketing agency
- Familiarity with SEO principles and digital marketing strategies
