MARKETING COORDINATOR SUMMARY The Marketing Coordinator is a hands-on position responsible for supporting the development and execution of marketing & communication campaigns emails digital advertising social media websites and other marketing programs. The Marketing Coordinator will optimize these marketing channels to increase brand awareness and engagement for Myriad and our customers. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Coordinate day-to-day client activities and projects for traditional and digital marketing campaigns Support the management of marketing calendars across all channels Support Relationship Managers during client meetings to discuss marketing and digital strategies Ensure that the brand message for Myriad and Clients is consistent Working on both internal and external communications and designs for Myriad and Clients Execute assigned projects for updating websites database marketing emails social media posts and display advertising campaigns for clients and Myriad Analyze data to draw key recommendations to optimize future campaigns Measure and report performance of marketing campaigns against goals (ROI and KPIs) Conduct marketing audits to ensure best practices are being used Identify critical conversion points and drop off points and optimizes user funnels Constantly research and stay current with marketing trends and find new ways to drive traffic to our company and our clients Desired Qualifications (Knowledge and Skills)
Bachelors degree in marketing Advertising Sales or Communications or other relevant degree Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in marketing/advertising Experience with cross channel marketing platforms Experience with marketing database email social media and/or ad campaigns Email marketing and/or CRM program experience Experience with WordPress or other (WIX websoft etc.) content management platforms Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud Applications
Desired Traits Ability to manage multiple projects and remain flexible through multiple revisions while keeping a keen attention to detail Must have strong organizational skills to prioritize multiple projects Effective time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines Needs to excel in effective and positive communication plus have effective written and verbal communication skills Must be adept at utilizing technology and internet research techniques Ability to maintain confidentiality in all situations
