Key Responsibilities
1. Identify and recruit relevant nano/micro content creators on Instagram & YouTube.
2. Explain program structure payouts and campaign briefs (via calls WhatsApp).
3. Ensure video content is delivered on time and matches campaign tone & tagging guidelines.
4. Log submissions track creator performance and maintain dashboards.
5. Build and maintain long-term creator relationships for consistent participation.
6. Manage city-specific WhatsApp/Telegram channels to keep creators engaged.
7. Offer personalized campaign opportunities to creators.
8. Provide transparent performance feedback and recognition.
9. Grant exclusive perks and early access to loyal creators.
10. Facilitate community building and networking among creators.
11. Provide proactive problem-solving and support.
Preferred Traits
Self-driven with a hustler mindset Quick and reliable execution with attention to detail
Familiarity with grassroots networks: college creators artists regional influencers
Active on Instagram or YouTube (personally or professionally)
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and timelines
Qualifications:
Masters degree in Marketing or a related field
Minimum 3-5 Years of experience in Influencer Marketing
