Job Summary

Iris Telehealth is seeking PMHNPs to provide care to patients in a community mental health outpatient setting for 20-30 hours a week. This 100% remote role offers the opportunity to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team at one of Iriss behavioral healthcare partners expanding access to quality care. Youll be able to collaborate with experts in psychiatry neurology and psychology and be supported by an experienced administrative teamso you can focus on what matters most: patient care.

About the Role:
Schedule: 20-30 hours per week within 8-5pm.
Patient Population: Ages5 open to providers who see 18.
Remote & Supported: This is a 100% remote role based at an outpatient community mental health center. Youll have full support from onsite telehealth staff to handle rooming vitals labs giving you more time to focus on what you do bestpatient care!
Collaborative Environment: We are seeking a flexible provider who excels in teamwork and communication working closely with a dedicated and supportive care team to meet patient needs effectively.
No on-call duties!
Qualifications:
- An active PMHNP license in the state of Indiana and/or Oregonisrequired.
- Minimum of 2 years of prescribing experience post PMHNP Certificate issued
- Availability for20-30 hours per week.
- Experience and willingness to treat patients ages 5 strongly preferred
- Experience with CMHC diagnoses and a willingness to treat patients acrossall acuity levels
- PMHNP ANCC Board Certification (We do not currently offer any opportunities for PMHCNS)
- Reside in the U.S. or a U.S. territory.
Preferred Qualifications:
Candidates fluent in and able to provide patient care in Spanish strongly preferred but not required
