Job Description

Litigation Management:
- Manage day-to-day litigation tasks including discovery and motions practice.
- Oversee and conduct depositions.
Legal Research and Writing:
- Conduct high-level legal research.
- Draft and review legal documents motions and briefs.
Communication:
- Communicate effectively with clients team members and court officials.
- Present cases in court as needed.
Client Counseling:
- Provide strategic advice to clients regarding patent litigation.
- Counsel clients on patent-related matters and legal strategies.
