Role Overview:
We are seeking a Field Collection Executive with experience in unsecured loan collections to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of loan recovery processes excellent communication skills and the ability to handle field visits effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct field visits to collect overdue payments from customers.
Negotiate and ensure timely loan repayments while maintaining positive customer relationships.
Educate customers on repayment terms consequences of defaults and available options.
Maintain and update collection records ensuring accurate reporting.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve disputes and escalate cases when necessary.
Adhere to company policies and compliance guidelines during collections.
Key Requirements:
Experience: 1 - 2 years in unsecured loan collection.
Education: Bachelors degree in Commerce Business Administration (BBA/BMA) or a related field.
Communication Skills: Strong spoken English proficiency is a must.
Other Skills: Negotiation persuasion and ability to work under pressure.
Willingness to travel for field collections.
