Job Summary
1ST SHIFT - $20.00 - FORKLIFT EXPERIENCE NEEDED
- Read and follow daily production schedules and batch ticket instructions accurately
Weigh and measure raw materials using manual and automated equipment
Operate mixers and other machinery to blend ingredients per batch requirements
Monitor mixing times and equipment settings to ensure consistency
Collect samples and perform quality control tests as specified
Clean and maintain mixers equipment and work area
Safely operate forklifts pallet jacks and other material handling equipment
Use required personal protective equipment (PPE) in compliance with safety policies
Report any equipment malfunctions or safety issues immediately
Maintain accurate production and quality records
Assist other operators and production team members as directed
Load and unload trailers as needed
Follow all safety quality and operational procedures at all times
Qualifications and Requirements:
Language:Must be able to read and comprehend English
Math Skills:Basic math proficiency required
Physical Requirements:
Ability to frequently stand walk climb bend reach overhead
Able to lift and carry up to 100 lbs
Teamwork:Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively
Reliability:Consistent attendance and punctuality
Preferred Experience:
Manufacturing Experience:3 years preferred
Mixing/Batch Making:2 years preferred
