Customer Service/ Call Center Agent

The position as Customer Service & Call Center Agent covers tasks as communicating with all of our customers across Thailand via phone Facebook Line and Email. You will belong to a team of more than 60 inspiring colleagues in the Customer Service department.
Responsibilities:
Deal directly with our customers by telephone electronically (Facebook Line Email)Fulfill customer requests by clarifying desired information; completing transactions and forwarding requests.
Requirements:
High school or Bachelor degreePositive mentality and ability to work well in a large team
Salary range:
Standard salary is 14000 THB/monthly plus overtime. Average salary for Call Center Agent is approx 17.500 THB/monthly and higher. For employees that show the right attitude career advancement and increase in salary is possible.
