Team/Role Pitch:
The Data Analytics team is central to driving strategic insight at Cohesity. We translate financial and operational data into clear actionable reporting used by Finance Accounting and Business leaders.
We focus on:
Building visibility around key financial and business metrics (bookings ACV TCV term etc.)
Supporting data visualization through scalable automated Tableau reporting
Enabling cross-functional alignment between finance and data teams
Partnering with stakeholders to elevate financial planning decision-making and business health tracking
Were not just reporting data were telling the story behind the numbers.
HOW YOULL SPEND YOUR TIME HERE:
Assist with monthly and quarterly financial reporting cycles with a focus on SaaS metrics including ACV TCV term length and headcount
Support the reporting and enhancement of key business and financial metrics (e.g. bookings pipeline metrics)
Collaborate with FP&A Accounting and Data teams to ensure accurate reporting and data visibility
Partner with the Data Visualization team to help build and maintain Tableau dashboards and automated reports
Contribute to automation projects that improve reporting and planning efficiency
Participate in forecasting and planning activities learning how to support financial decision-making
Respond to ad hoc data requests and assist on strategic projects with tight timelines
WED LOVE TO TALK TO YOU IF YOU HAVE MANY OF THE FOLLOWING:
12 years of experience in Finance FP&A Business Analytics or a related field
Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills with familiarity in financial modelling or analysis
Exposure to SaaS metrics such as ACV TCV or pipeline tracking is a plus
Interest or experience in Tableau or similar data visualization tools
Eagerness to collaborate across Finance Accounting and Data teams
Good attention to detail data accuracy and a willingness to improve processes
A proactive attitude and curiosity for how finance and data come together to drive business strategy
Demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools to enhance productivity streamline workflows and support decision making.

In-Office Expectations
Cohesity employees who are within a reasonable commute (e.g. within a forty-five (45) minute average travel time) work out of our core offices 2-3 days a week of their choosing.
