The Technical Part:
- Bachelors Degree inEngineering and eight plus(8) years of exposure within the Pharmaceutical or Medical Device Industry.
- Excellent verbal/written communication skills (English and Spanish)
- Shift: Administrative & according to business needs.
- Experience in
- Manage all aspects of project(s): planning implementation monitoring completion and follow-up
- Construction project within the pharmaceutical industry
- Project Management

AS A PIECE OF FITS YOU WILL: (The day-to-day on the job)
- Provide Engineering service for roofreplacement.
- Review of RFI Submittals and approved roof drawing.
- Present one page summary (project status) on a monthly base to the Facilities team.
- Select the contractor to replace the Low Bay roof by following the Bid process.
- Generate the required POs to the selected contractors.
- Assure that the contractors selected follow the contractor safety program.
- Maintain the project on schedule and in budget (Cost control managed effectively).
- The construction must be FM approved and in compliance with the design drawing and specifications.
- Full compliance with the PGO permit and the Environmental procedure.
