Experience: 0 - 7 years

Location: Goregaon (W)

Job Description:

Should possess excellent understanding of Industries and divisions
Would work for providing MANPOWER solutions at senior and middle level across departments in different industries.
Would be responsible for Selecting candidates who meet the particular needs of a client by interviewing testing performing reference checks and matching them to a job listing.
Would ensure candidate is prepared for placement by providing job description and company specific information.

POSITION: PREMIUM CONSULTANT - BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

Experience: 1 - 7 years

Required Skill set:

Strong Business Sense and Business Development and networking skills
Excellent Communication Skills (Spoken and written skills)
Person has to be exceedingly smart sharp and highly presentable
Excellent computer proficiency (internet MS office - word excel power point)

Job Responsibility:

Discussions and meetings with HR and Training heads of various business houses and MNCs to understand Recruitment and Training needs and working out customized solutions for big corporate groups
To conduct consultation over a period of time and with several meetings with the stakeholders in the organization for whom the solution is being drawn.
Coordinating for logistical arrangements for the Recruitment.
Capacity to handle large recruitment drives for International clients.
Coordinating with clients and ability to generate repeat business from acquired clients
