What Youll Do
Review daily income and labor reports for accuracy and efficiency
Oversee accounts payable vendor payments and reconciliations
Prepare and reconcile bank statements
Compile month-end financials (balance sheets income statements variance analyses)
Collaborate with teams across the property to ensure smooth financial operations
What Were Looking For
Experience: 5 years in accounting/finance (hospitality industry preferred)
Education: Bachelors degree in Accounting or related field preferred (not required)
Technical Skills: Strong Excel (pivot tables formulas data analysis); M3 software knowledge is a plus
Personal Qualities: Detail-oriented analytical organized and a natural communicator
Values: Compassionate respectful and authentic in every interaction
