Your Role

As aSolution Architectwithin theCorporate Center team you will be responsible for designing and guiding the implementation of end-to-end IT solutions across multiple corporate domains ranging fromCorporate Finance HR Treasury Facilities Sustainability Audit Legal to Communications.You will bridge the gap between business needs and technical execution ensuring solutions are bothfunctionally soundandtechnically robust.

IT support for the Corporate Center domain is driven by utilising standard out-of-the-box applications and minimising custom application development. Your application landscape of approximately 70 applications ranges from basic SaaS and COTS applications to highly-integrated globally-used SaaS solutions both on-prem and cloud-based.

For the Corporate Center domain the Oracle Fusion cloud platform is strategically important with Oracle ERP/EPM and HCM roll-outs in progress and more modules expected to be added in future. With Corporate Finance being the biggest domain we are looking for candidates with solution architecture experience in this area. Although Oracle Fusion expertise is preferredwe welcome candidates with experience inother enterprise platforms(e.g. SAP Workday Microsoft Dynamics) who bring deep finance domain expertise.

Day to day:

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand functional requirements and translate them into scalable IT solutions.
• Design and document solution architectures (application data integration infrastructure) in alignment with enterprise standards.
• Lead and facilitate solution design workshops ensuring alignment across business architecture and delivery teams.
• Develop and maintain Solution Visions and ensure architectural artifacts are approved and up to date.
• Provide architectural guidance to Agile teams and ensure solutions are implemented according to design.
• Co-create architecture roadmaps with the Business Architect and contribute to the strategic direction of the Corporate Center domain.
• Stay current with industry trends finance technologies and architecture best practices.

Essentials:

• 5 years of experience in IT architecture with a strong mix offunctional and technical solution design.
• Proven experience in thefinance domain(GL AP AR etc.) within enterprise environments.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to coach and guide Agile Engineers and cross-functional teams.
• University-level education in a relevant field.

Preferred/Highly Desired

• TOGAF certification(required or willingness to obtain).
• Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP/EPM or similar enterprise finance platforms.
• Familiarity with architecture frameworks (e.g. ArchiMate).
• Background in commercial lending leasing or financial services is a plus.
