We are currently seeking a Volunteer Recruitment Representative for the state of Arkansas.
Preferred location Jonesboro AR area.
This position will work 8:00am to 5:00pm Monday through Friday and some weekends and evenings will be required during times of business need.
Travel: Will involve some travel throughout the region.
This position is not eligible for relocation assistance.

Scope: Individual contributor that is fully proficient in applying subject matter knowledge; knowledge based acquired from several years of experience in particular area. Works independently; may instruct or coach other professionals.
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED:
Education: Bachelors degree required.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of related experience.
Management Experience: N/A
Skills & Abilities: Ability to work on a team. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal and presentation skills. Good organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple and continuously evolving priorities effectively. Intermediate proficiency with MS Office applications including Word Excel PowerPoint and Outlook. Knowledge of group dynamics customer maintenance techniques negotiation skills and the ability to effectively implement programs is preferred.
Travel: Will involve some travel throughout the region.

Physical Requirements: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision distance vision color vision peripheral vision depth perception and ability to adjust focus. The work environment will consist of moderate noise (i.e. business office with computers phones and printers light traffic). The employee must have the ability to work in a small cubicle and have the ability to sit at a computer terminal for an extended period of time.
