Job Summary
Rental Car Agent/Service Drive Greeter
Full Time position Tuesday - Friday 1030am-7pm AND Saturday 8am-4pm
Our goal is to deliver the highest quality service safety and customer satisfaction.
Our Customer Service Agents are expected to deliver exceptional customer service to all of our clients and other team members. You will provide customers with accurate information and take detailed and timely records of damages gas volume etc. as well assist clients in the service drive answer and assist clients on the phone and make service appointments.
$19/hour
The ideal candidate possesses the following attributes:

- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task
- Ability to manage stressful or unusual situations to maintain good customer service
What you will do:
- Welcome all customers as they arrive on the lot
- Ask about their experience with recording feedback to improve future rental experience
- Make sure customers have all personal belongings from the vehicle
- Discreetly check vehicle for damage on incoming vehicles and direct customer to counter for completion of damage/loss report
- Use proper statement to determine if vehicle is being returned with full tank of gas
- Advise and review rental charges providing an accurate receipt to the customer
- Complete a service alert for any mechanical and or body damage communicated by the customers
- Identify and tag vehicles that have been flagged for grounding or preventative maintenance and verify their movement to the proper lot location
- Keep lot organized for ease of access and traffic flow
- Work in outdoor weather conditions including direct sunlight rain heat or cold and snow
- Perform other job duties as assigned to meet the business need
- Answering incoming phone calls
- Making reservations or quoting pricing.
- Verifying driver license and insurance information.
- Check that reservations vehicles are ready to go out (clean and gas tank are full).
Qualifications
Have a valid drivers license with a clean driving record.
Have a positive upbeat attitude.
Be willing to go above and beyond for customer experience/satisfaction.
Have a sense of professionalism and be able to smile in the face of adversity and demanding clients.
Have the drive to learn and progress within the company.
Be skilled in typing and using a computer based programming.
Be organized and detail orientated with paperwork and scheduling.
Able to handle multitasking (being able to handle two or three customers at the same time while verifying information.)
Have great phone skills (handling multi-lined phone systems taking messages live transfers and having a professional phone etiquette)
