Job Title: QA Specialist
Location: 1-2 days p/month in Lexington MA

Background/Need:
The team provides web application and collaboration solutions in support of the Laboratory s technical mission and its day-to-day operations. These solutions include intranet and collaboration tools document management systems (such as L.I.S.A.) and web application development. The team supports the external website Atlassian tools (Confluence and Jira) eForms and enterprise search. The team also enables others to create Drupal websites designs user experiences and develops websites both internally and externally (for conferences). The team provides application integration with web services for many existing and new business applications. Additionally the team integrates new technology capabilities enabling Laboratory personnel to be more effective and efficient.
Responsibilities:
Analysis design build run test cases to support new functionality or existing versions and maintain documentation of test results to assist in debugging and modification of software.
Plan design deploy maintain and troubleshoot related to QA tools like Tricentis TOSCA and Impact Analysis/Live Compare tool for SAP.
Analysis of test results to ensure existing functionality identify improvements as well as work with development engineers to resolve issues.
Candidates should have a strong Analytical background with a familiarity of working with Enterprise Resource Management System. Good knowledge of writing SQL queries against a variety of data sources. Experience in testing Web standalone and ERP(SAP or others) applications.
Must Have:

Technical education and solid technical knowledge (e.g. Degree or equivalent technical experience).
Prior use of test management tools (ex. Jira).

Nice to Have:
Knowledge of Sysinternals tools to support system diagnostics.
SAP/ERP technical product experience is preferred for example any aspect of quality assurance software development systems architecture or administration on these tools.
Experience with Tricentis TOSCA tool and Impact Analysis/Live Compare is desirable but not required.
Knowledge of ServiceNow a plus.
Education & Experience: Bachelors with 3 years of relevant work experience.
Clearance: Active Secret Clearance.
