Were on the lookout for a product-minded problem solver with a natural curiosity for how systems work and how they can be improved. As a Technical Product Manager you will help shape our core parking platform that powers multiple Wemolo products.

Youll partner with engineers internal teams and stakeholders to define a clear platform vision improve system usability and scalability and ensure our teams can move faster with confidence. What to expect

Build and own a long-term platform roadmap: Define a clear and strategic product direction for our core backend parking platform aligned with Wemolos growth and evolving product needs.

Translate business needs into platform requirements: Engage with internal stakeholders across teams to understand use cases and convert them into scalable maintainable platform capabilities.

Drive discovery delivery and measurable impact: Partner with engineering from early discovery to delivery shaping technical platform solutions that meet real user needs. Use data to define success upfront track platform KPIs and iterate based on impact

Balance priorities and support cross-functional alignment: Coordinate priorities across multiple teams facilitate technical trade-offs and ensure the platform evolves in a way that supports both performance and usability at scale.

Inspire us by

Product Experience in Platform or Infrastructure: You bring 5 years of experience in product management ideally working on backend-heavy configuration-rich or developer-facing products in a B2B or SaaS environment.

Technical Fluency: Youre confident discussing backend systems APIs and data models and can work closely with engineers to shape technical solutions even if you dont write code yourself.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: You know how to align engineering design and business teams around a shared platform vision and youre comfortable navigating trade-offs between competing needs.

Curiosity & Ownership: Youre a natural problem-solver who enjoys understanding how things work under the hood. You take initiative follow through and continuously look for ways to improve the product and platform.

Language Skills: Fluent in English (C1 level); German is a plus. Strong communicator especially when working across technical and non-technical teams.

Nice-to-Have: Experience in B2B environments developer-facing platforms or backend-heavy product ecosystems.
