Data Collection: Unit Information: Inpatient Rehab Location: Corpus Christi Medical Center Address: 3315 South Alameda Floor: 3 Building: Doctors Regional General Information Tell us about the unit(s): Number of Beds - 15 Number of Staff 15 Type of staff: o Day Shift 3 RNs 1 PCT o Night Shift 3 RNs 1 PCT Patient Ratios 5:1 Type of equipment lifting ADL sliding boards adaptive devices EMR - Meditech Typical hiring profile Skill Set Most recruited for: Must have: candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role. Med Surg experience Preferred or nice to have: candidates with these skills will be considered first.
