Position: Mesh Manufacturing Lead

Department: Mesh Manufacturing / Screen Printing

Role Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and responsible professional to lead our Mesh Manufacturing operations. The Mesh Manufacturing Lead will oversee the end-to-end process ensure plant safety maintain compliance with technical specifications and deliver high-quality output as per customer requirements. This role involves supervising the team optimizing processes and ensuring operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the mesh manufacturing team and daily operations.
Ensure safety compliance and implementation of EHS (Environment Health & Safety) standards within the mesh manufacturing plant.
Monitor and control the mesh manufacturing process to meet customer technical specifications and quality standards.
Oversee frame preparation mesh stretching emulsion application stencil fixing exposure and curing processes.
Review technical data inspection reports and ensure adherence to drawings and specifications.
Implement continuous improvement practices to optimize production efficiency and reduce defects.
Train guide and mentor team members to ensure skill development and adherence to process discipline.
Coordinate with quality maintenance and production departments for seamless operations.
Maintain accurate production records process data and ensure timely reporting.
Support new product development (NPD) and customer trials when required.

Qualifications & Skills:

Diploma / Degree in Printing Technology Mechanical or related field.
Minimum 8 10 years of experience in mesh manufacturing / screen printing processes with at least 2 3 years in a supervisory or lead role.
Strong knowledge of mesh stretching emulsion application stencil exposure and curing processes.
Proven experience in implementing safety standards in a manufacturing environment.
Strong leadership team management and communication skills.
Ability to analyze technical data and ensure compliance with customer requirements.
Problem-solving mindset with focus on quality and continuous improvement.
