Preferred Skills & Experience:
3 5 years of experience in IT Capacity Management or related infrastructure roles.
Strong understanding of infrastructure architecture performance tuning and capacity modeling.
Hands-on experience with tools such as:
- Splunk
- AppDynamics
- DynaTrace
- SAR/PerfMon
- TrueSight Capacity Optimizer
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like Jira and Confluence.
- Working knowledge of ITIL and COBIT frameworks.
- Strong analytical and statistical modeling skills; ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
