Summary:
-
Manage material requirements schedules and defective hardware through the full RMA process.
-
Receive verify document and track defective materials.
-
Coordinate RMAs create requisitions and purchase orders.
-
Prepare pack ship and expedite repaired items to meet demands.
-
Ensure documentation accuracy compliance with safety/process standards and clear communication with teams and vendors.
-
Apply planning scheduling and inventory management techniques to minimize RMA backlog.
-
Track analyze and report RMA product status; communicate updates and revised timelines to stakeholders.
-
Coordinate with production teams to prioritize workload and resolve material issues.
-
Manage field returns and support disposition decisions.
-
Expedite repaired/returned assets and ensure timely dock-to-stock movement.
-
Support process and product improvements using field return data.
-
Handle ESD-sensitive hardware and operate material-handling/packaging equipment.
Requirements:
-
Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance; however an active clearance is not required to start.

High School Diploma or GED (Bachelors a plus)
-
1 3 years of experience in material management inventory control logistics or related role
-
Strong attention to detail and documentation skills
-
Ability to interface effectively with internal teams and vendors
-
Comfortable with shipping/receiving packaging and handling sensitive materials
-
Must be a U.S. Citizen (as defined by ITAR).
