Job Summary
Job Description
Develop and implement maintenance strategies for plant machinery and
equipment.
Coordinate with production and maintenance teams to ensure efficient
operations.
Oversee installation and commissioning of new equipment.
Perform regular inspections and troubleshooting of plant equipment.
Develop and manage preventive maintenance programs.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and safety standards.
Analyse and improve production processes for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
Manage Develop projects related to plant upgrades and modifications.
Conduct root cause analysis to resolve equipment failures.
Liaise with vendors and contractors for equipment procurement and services.
Maintain documentation and reports pertaining to plant operations.
Provide technical support and training to plant staff
