Job Title: Contact Center Representative Bilingual Preferred
Location: Austin TX (Hybrid)
Work Arrangement: Onsite
Skills Description:
- Must have a minimum of six (6) months of recent verifiable experience in a high-volume contact center/call center environment.
- Bilingual capability is preferred
Preferred Skills: - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong multi-tasking abilities.
Responsibilities: - Must be available for any 8-hour shift between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM.
- No schedule change requests can be accommodated during the first 90 days.
- Provide unbiased assistance to Medicaid providers and clients regarding eligibility medical claims status and other program-related inquiries.
- Assist with problem resolution as needed.
- Respond promptly courteously and concisely to all phone inquiries.
- Accurately document all encounters in clear and concise online logs.
- Transfer callers to appropriate Call Center units when necessary.
- Consistently meet individual performance standards.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
- Maintain strict adherence to attendance and performance metrics.
