Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst 4 to support complex analysis and technical tasks related to biometric processes. The ideal candidate will work onsite and focus on enhancing processes using the Multimodal Biometrics Identification System (MBIS) and LiveScan fingerprint capture technology.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the review and analysis of current business systems and recommend process improvements.
- Elicit and document user requirements through various techniques ensuring comprehensive requirements artifacts are created.
- Conduct system testing including drafting test plans and managing user acceptance testing with stakeholders.
- Collaborate with vendors to ensure project needs are met while supporting organizational change management.
- Develop training materials and provide end-user training on system functionalities.
Required Skills:
- Strong organizational analytical and problem-solving skills with 10 years of experience.
- Proficient in Organizational Change Management and business analysis concepts.
- Experience in producing requirements artifacts such as test cases and use cases.
- Ability to analyze functional and non-functional system requirements.
- Excellent communication skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel Visio PowerPoint).
