Job Description:
We are seeking a Senior IT Lead Developer with expertise in Microsofts Power Platform including Dynamics 365 PowerApps and Power Automate. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills to engage effectively with technical and business stakeholders and will be instrumental in designing and implementing innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead requirements gathering fit-gap analysis and implementation of Microsoft Power Platform solutions.
Develop new web components and customize Dynamics 365 applications.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Dynamics 365.
Create documentation on platform usage and develop mockups based on requirements.
Serve as a liaison between IT and business units offering solutions that align with business needs.

Technical Skills Required:

5 years as a D365 Technical Lead
8 years with Dynamics 365 CRM modules (Sales Customer Service Field Service Project Operations)
8 years customizing Forms Views Plug-Ins Workflows and BPFs in D365
5 years of custom development JavaScript and C#
4 years of experience with Power Platform and Dataverse
