Associate Operations Manager (Onsite)

What you will do

Endoscopy is hiring an Associate Operations Manager (Onsite). This is a key leadership role focused on driving excellence in our regulated manufacturing environment. Youll lead a high-performing team champion continuous improvement and streamline cross-functional workflows to boost quality efficiency and customer satisfaction. With a strong focus on talent development and innovation youll help shape a culture of accountability and agility. Regulatory compliance (FDA ISO EH&S) and GMP best practices are central to your mission as you build operations for long-term success.

• Develop and coach supervisors and team leads building leadership capability and succession strength across the organization

• Communicate effectively upstream to senior and executive leadership providing clear insights status updates and data-driven recommendations that influence decision-making

• Drive a culture of accountability and high performance by setting clear KPIs and empowering teams to deliver consistent measurable results across key business metrics

• Establish a vision for operational excellence setting strategic direction and holding teams accountable for targets in product quality customer satisfaction cost control labor efficiency and yield

• Partner with planning and supply chain teams to align production schedules with customer demand ensuring timely cost-effective delivery and inventory optimization

• Lead continuous improvement efforts through Lean tools Kaizen events and data-driven initiatives to boost capacity reduce waste enhance quality and maximize space utilization.

• Foster a positive and collaborative team culture championing employee engagement open communication and career development within a high-performing Value Stream. Daily Gemba walks on the floor are essential to this role

• Collaborate cross-functionally to support the seamless launch of new products and processesensuring compliance efficiency and long-term success from development through full-scale production.

What you need

Required Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in engineering supply chain management operations business or a related field

• 6 years of relevant work experience in operations logistics or manufacturing

• Leadership experience in a manufacturing distribution or operations environment

• Supervisory or team leadership experience with a track record of coaching mentoring and developing employees to achieve performance goals and career growth.

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP Certification or APICS Certification

• Masters degree

• Experience driving safety quality delivery and cost (SQDC) metrics

• Demonstrated knowledge of Lean Manufacturing Six Sigma or other continuous improvement tools
